Very detailed Jazz GE model....

Take a look at this... it almost looks real!!  :o expensive, but wow, what a cracking detailed model..   :D

£70.00 + P&P to Uk, slightly more than I used to pay for actual cars in the 1960's

Paid £15 for my first car in 1966 - a Ford 8cwt van in British Racing Rust!  8)
1172cc side valve engine, drum brakes all round, front independent suspension, 3 speed box - no synchro on first, cross ply tyres. Ahhhhhh memories! ;)

 ;D happy days indeed! haha! you would have certainly felt one with the machine back in those days eh geoff? and most of the time you could fix the problem yourself, with no computers/diagnostics etc. Happy days!!!  ;D

Did the van also have the luxury of vacum assited windscreen wiper/s ?

In deed they were happy days. Didn't have any cash for wheel balancing - used to knock the weights round the rim until the wobbling stooped!  :o

And those vacuum powered wipers, I'd forgotten about them. Pain in the bum going up steep hills in the rain! ::)
