Switched auto heater controls to more common dials?

Hi,

I have a MK1 Jazz sport that recently horrifically failed its mot, so was looking at picking up another Jazz.

Getting to my question I have really nice custom Head unit from joying but it is one molded to the auto aircon/heater controls and a lot of the Jazz's I am looking at have the more traditional dials, are they simple to switch or is this not really possible as I would like to keep my head unit without cutting the dash

I am almost certain they are not interchangeable.
