  Hi Kremmen,
That’s a good day’s work, I love cleaning my car ( hopefully picking new crosstar up on Tuesday )
Just wondering how I’ll find the sun glare on the top dash :-)

Exactly.

Regarding the dash top, I got some expensive Sonax stuff, highly recommended, good reviews, but the cheap Tesco stuff worked better.

How often do you give the car the full monty? I guess it helps that you can garage your car.

Not very often. Third wash since Sep.

I have the luxury of only going out when I want to so normally it just needs a going round in the garage with the waterless wash and wax.

However, I've been building a bespoke cupboard for the daughter and the only way to cut Contiboard, to get a perfect edge, is with a router. A hand or rotary/jig saw causes chips, no matter how careful you are. Unfortunately, even though I did it in the garden on a couple of workmates, well away, some of the sawdust drifted into the garage.

Using a router and giving the Conti 3 increasing depth passes causes lots of sawdust. I decided that it needed a rinse.

Nice day so a full mini detail.

Looks good, I note that you, like me, keep your car garaged.
I just wonder how many of our members do that?
In my road I guess 90%+ of owners leave their cars out on the drive/road.
Is it that they can’t be bothered to put the car in the garage, or is that garage just full of Junk?

I don't like leaving something worth £thousands out in all weathers and all vandals.

Very few round my way. One in 10 at most. Garages are now seen as a repository for stuff that belongs in a skip. I'd love to put my car in the garage but the previous owners knocked it down.

My car was garaged every night when I stayed in the flat, but where I am now the garage was turned into a workshop many years before we moved in and I just kept it as such. The car is parked in the drive with a locked gate.

Your car is looking in showroom condition. Nice job, and great to see a car being cherished.

I would love a garage to put both our cars in, but it is far too small. The last car that would fit in it, was a Citroen 2CV I owned many years ago, and that was a fairly snug fit. No way would a Jazz fit, let alone Mrs W's Civic.

Garage size was one of the factors stopping me going from a 9G to 10G Civic.

When I p/x my 2013 Civic the dealership said it was one of the finest examples they'd seen and it was sold within days.
Let's be careful out there !
