For those with keyless entry obviously. Which do you use the MOST.

I have my keys in a zip pouch with home keys etc so rather than unzip its easier to press the little rubber button on the handle to lock.

What is the door rubber button?

I dont know about the 2022 model but the 2018 EX version has a little rubber button on the door handle that you can press to lock the car.

Always double tap the door rubber button.  Mirrors fold which is a confirmation that the doors are deadlocked.

WHAT?! the door mirrors fold automatically with a double press?

...Usually it's the boot button I use, which is quicker to do a double press for the deadlocks than the door button. Keys just stay in my pocket.

...I realise now that I'm in the wrong forum  :o oops

Button on the MK3 and now the touch sensor on the Crosstar.
Only used the remote once, when I "lost"the car in a car park I did not know on a very dark night. Thank you flashing lights.

That depends on model and grade. some have and others don't.

Mostly just a single press, on the door handle sensor (Mk4), the mirrors fold in anyway (with the single press) to confirm the car is locked.

Whilst taking mirrors, does anyone else think that they are too small, on the Mk4 and give a poor rear view, compared with the earlier versions of the Jazz?

It must vary a bit with model.  Tried this morning with Jazz Mk3 EX.

Single push on door button locks the car,  mirrors do not fold  (you have to fold the mirrors from inside the car before getting out and locking it)

Double push on door button does not do anything other than same as single push

The second press (within 5 seconds) should at least super lock it (on all models I believe).  For the MKIII, see page 158 of the owner's manual.

I tried the double button press on mk3 and it doesnt work, i think it does dead loack though. Shame, folding mirrors automatically would have been good.
