Title: Has anyone tried replacing the radio head unit on a 2019 model?

I want to get more from my head unit, but since it's running a very very very closed version of a very old Android, I can't do much.
I've seen that there are newer head units that might fit but I'm scared of letting someone replace it and lose my manufacturer warranty.
