I think that reports has to be interpreted with care. Given that Kia has had a 7 year warranty for some years the 9.6% claim rate should be for vehicles that are 7 years old whereas for Honda the claims will be for anything older than 3 years. I wonder what the claim rate is for 7 year old Honda vehicles?
