SRS Unit - Jazz 2009
« on: January 23, 2018, 02:48:40 PM »
Hi.

I am out here in South Africa and

Was hoping someone could assist me in finding a second hand SRS module for my Honda Jazz.

Bought the vehicle second hand and lo and behold the SRS unit was removed from the vehicle.

The part number for the unit is 77960-TFO-Z820-M3

If anyone knows of a website I can visit that will ship this part, please let me know.

Thanks

Hi.

Yes it is.

Honda Agents in South Africa are just too expensive as they have to get it from Japan.

Will keep looking.

Hi there

I'm also in South Africa with the same issue.  Did you come right? Where did you get your part from?  I went to Honda Midrand yesterday for my airbag recall but my airbag light was on, meaning that they do need to replace the whole SRS unit.  R10 500 !  Hope to hear a better outcome for your car?

Welcome to the forum  8)

This thread is a year old, and the poster hasn't been back on the forum since then, so you are unlikely to get a reply.

I'm not sure what the situation is with breakers in SA, but that's where I would be looking. Even in the UK, we might have to travel some distance for a specialist Honda breaker to find more obscure parts.
