Voltex - is this ad approved by Club Jazz

Have just clicked on the ad on the Club Jazz site said to cut your electric bills (or should it be elec trick?).
Sounds too good to be true and a lot of other sites suggest it might be.
Do members have any knowledge or experience one way or the other - and is the ad there with consent?

I think the ads you see are dependent on your search history. ClubJazz doesn't control them.
