The dreaded shudder
« on: November 09, 2022, 02:56:13 PM »
:-Xhi guys the wife's just purchased a 2007 jazz 1.4cvt and I've noticed when pulling away a slight judder, now I've read about the cvt-f fluid is that the flush and the replacement fluid? I've also seen people just empty then refill. But I've read about moving the gears. What is that process? Please help the wife is so upset about it. Moneys always tight these days and honda want £280 for a double flush.

Thank you in advance. Ps I'd imagine  it's been asked a thousand times but I'm new to the forum so a little lost.

I notice you have read the thread CVT flush which answers your question. Unfortunately the CVT-F is now over £150 for 8 litres so I'm not surprised at Honda's price, mm aybe find an independent Honda specialist.
