Static shocks

Do any Hybrid owners get static electric shocks when getting out of the car? I keep getting them, maybe I need an earthing strap from the chassis.

Hi Ozzie,

We have both an 04 and a 57 plate Jazz and from time to time get static shocks from both.

Regards,

Andrew

Hi,
I used to get static shocks when I wore a jumper with nylon in it. I built up a charge when I rubbed against  the seat back as I got out of the car and as soon as I touched the door ZAP.....
