Following advice from forum members, I managed to find an alternative jazz to the vanlike one i mentioned.
What I have noticed is that theres a audio socket for playing external device such as mp3 player. Does anyone know best place to find one of the cables needed and also if the external player tracks show on the jazz radio panel such as track number. I assume it doesnt have to be an mp3 player as long as the player has audio output?

If the socket is the 3.5mm "headphone" one, then there's no way track details can be displayed. Were it a USB socket you might have a chance.

The lead you're probably after is a 3.5mm stereo plug to 3.5mm stereo plug. You should find them readily available anywhere that sells MP3 players, as they're very commonly needed for car use.
