towbar

i have fitted atowbar to my wifes 2002 jazz. It's all gone well so far but i am struggling with the last wire to the a bypass relay for the electrics. It suggests taking a permanent live feed from 'high/low colours/pins' located: 9 or 12 multiblock. any ideas what that might mean anyone? i am trying to get a response again from the suplier but it's all very slow.
