Disappointed and also surprised to find rust in the front doors of my Jazz after only four years of use. Exactly same place in both sides. I'd like to know if it started from the surface or from inside.

I guess from the inside. Poor sealing of the joints/seams. I think you should get those spots saturated with some suitable penetrating oil or wax ASAP.

Has this rusting not been picked up by your Dealer when being serviced.  Corrosion warranty requires annual inspection.

About 12 years ago I ended up in court with Ford with rusting issues on a Focus.  Ford didn't turn up, paid up in a week.

Thanks for the heads up OP.  Could you post a couple more pics showing exactly where on the doors this is..?
