VSA query

Following repeated VSA warning over a week or two an independent garage identified a sensor problem on n/s front. This was cleaned and reset (1 hour labour) and returned with a proviso that if the problem reoccurs it will mean a new sensor will have to be fitted.
Does anyone know the part number of the sensor, the part cost and whether it could be a DIY job please?
