Great looking car - it's about time Honda went back to what they are good at - making exciting cars that are good to drive as well as pleasing to the eye,  for too long they have pandered to the 'global warming, the sky is falling in lets take all the fun out peoples lives' brigade to them.  Have a look and listen to this Honda 1.5 litre V12  F1 car from the 1960's - love their site name WTF1 -      http://wtf1.co.uk/honda-f1-1965-sound/

Lets face it,  the plug-in hybrids are pretty inefficient when you delve into figures,  with very limited range on purely electric power  - sure they have no emissions at tailpipe for a few miles but plenty at the power station chimney,  and car makers only use the 20 mile range on electric power to get fantastic figures like 140mpg (which drops to 30mpg as soon as battery is discharged).  Using present technologies even Hydrogen takes quite a bit of energy to make, transport and store,  so then again it is convenient to ignore all that and point out that 'only water comes out the exhaust pipe' - weasel words .

The 1950's V16 BRM takes some beating for sound, it sounds even better when you are there. It was not a particularly successful car but I did see it perform well at Goodwood many years ago.

everyone else is making exciting hot cars,  in an attempt to get green 'brownie points' LOL Honda backed off development of higher performance cars,  which damaged their image in many peoples eyes - glad they are back in the game, both F1 and hot cars.

Link below to a green energy site that actually admits that there are cons as well as pros to many alternative fuel sources (has articles on biomass, natural gas, wind turbines, solar power, and biofuels as well).  Truth is there are no power sources that are really clean,  and some 'clean' fuels are more energy intensive to produce than people want to admit,  but as long as the vehicle they are used in does not make clouds of smoke there is no shortage of vehicle makers and politicians jumping on the 'low pollution' bandwagon, because they can pretend the hidden pollution that it takes to produce 'clean' fuels does not exist - and by using fantastic short journey MPG figures gained from cars that use plug in electricity from the national grid they can pretend that a 300 BHP car can get 140mpg (BMW please note).
