Just a short introduction. I’m Daniel. I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 18 years now.
If any of you guys on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I can assure you I will be completely impartial despite being on the pay roll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed up I will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected, if any of you do not understand an insurers viewpoint I will do my best to clearly explain it.
It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With my years of experience I should be able to answer most queries immediately, if there are issues or a problem that I can’t answer directly I would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and I would then be able to relay an answer back.

Can't say as I'm impressed. Filled in the on screen form with me & the wife and our history, and the bit about home insurance, only to be told to phone in to get a quote for motor insurance!
Got a home insurance quote minutes later. Got one the next day 25% cheaper.
Still waiting for a car quote. Waste of time.

There is a member who is with them "Wildfire" havent seen him around in a while though. maybe pm him and ask? (or try speak to adrian flux see what their quote is, then use comparethemarket.com and compair adrian flux's quote to the ones on there)

I have just filled in the 'on line' application form, but there was no space to add additional information which would be pertinent to the premium.

How can I add this to enable an accurate quote?

Having read the bad experiences on here I thought that it was just a glitch in their system and nothing to worry about. How wrong I was.

I telephoned for a quote yesterday morning, which went smoothly enough except of the ~20 min call about 50% of that time I was on hold. Not a good start.

When I finally got a quote it seemed reasonable but I always check the T&C's etc before signing so despite the slight pressure to sign up then and there I asked for the documents to be sent to my email address for my perusal. 24 hours later and there is no sign of them.

Ah I hear you say, they got the email address wrong. Well, the 'How did we do' email arrived almost before the telephone call had finished so that can not be the case.

Junk Filters you ask. No, not in junk.

So my conclusion is that it was never sent. If they can not even get this correct how would they perform if I had to make a claim? I know my views but I will leave you to your own conclusion.

Will I be buying from Adrian Flux? Not a chance.

Disclaimer:- I rarely write negative comments about companied that I have had dealings with, much preferring to compliment those who have impressed me. I am sorry to have to make this rare exception.

I have insurance with Adrian flux and have nothing but praise. Everything went smoothly for me

Email - my company is an ESP so I know email is not a guaranteed medium for delivery and there are many areas which users do not get to see or understand perhaps, so a polite call to them to let them know most likely would have resolved the issue

Every email provider has issues and outages…
