Title: MK1 HR-V seats

Hello, does anyone know if the front seats from a five door MK1 HR-V fit a three door MK1 HR-V? I'm specifically talking about the half leather seats. Thanks

I doubt it. 3 door car seats normally have an extra lever on the seat back so rear seat passengers can release it themselves to get in and out.  You could double check by seeing if they have the same Honda part number. 
Some individual parts such as a damaged seat cushion might be interchangeable .
