Jazz windscreen and spare parts

Just purchased a brand new Jazz, which developed a stress fracture of the windscreen the third time it was driven.  Honda have accepted that this is a manufacturing fault, but at the moment the dealer can't confirm when a replacement windscreen can be supplied.  Two questions; 1) Has anyone else experienced a windscreen problem on the new model, or have I just been unlucky?  2) Does anyone know if there is a problem with availability of some spare parts on the new Jazz?

These type of faults can occur during shipping and unloading from the transporter.
Try asking around other dealers in your area.
I'm sure the car will be fine once the new screen isin place at your dealers expense.

That's very disapointing that the dealer has no idea when a replacement windscreen will be sourced. You could ask (and only ask) your nearest branch of Autoglass seeing as I bet the dealer will outsource the work to them anyway.
