The injector problems have been reported also later modell years, although in smaller numbers.

One more issue I have seen reported is noisy VTC actuator.
Yes, always for the 1.5 and at startup.
In Europe the number of 1.5 is very very low.

That is a fair comment. I have been only looking information regarding 1,5 and forgot it's a completely different beast than 1,3.

Yes, they both belong to the L family, but they are deeply different, injection, RC, redline, working cycle.

You're right about the 1.5, common faults you reported are real. But in Europe you can find the 1.5 only in the HRV, only few hundred of Jazz have been sold with this engine.
We must say that 1.5 USDM are very similar to our 1.5, but gasoline and lubricants are different so working conditions are not the same. European fuel composition is closer to japanese ones, not to american ones, that's why we should not use lubricants bought in USA.
