My radio has ceased recognising USB stored MP3 files. In fact it will not even recognise the USB stick. Anyone any ideas why this has happened and what I can do about it?

Try a different USB stick. Hard reset the Infotainment system. I think you hold the on/off button for 5 seconds.

Hi Colin S. Many thanks for your response. I have tried numerous USB sticks including ones that used to work. I didn't know you could do infotainment reset soni shall try that next.
