Honda + account suspended??

Hi all

Three weeks ago I was advised by Honda to regenerate my Honda + account when you get a pin and enter it. I did this and the system advised it was all ok.

I have just got an email from Honda telling my Honda + has been suspended as they didn’t hear from me, even though I followed it to the letter.

Has anyone else had this happen at all and what did you end up doing.

yep I had the same a few days ago. I phoned up Honda and after a long hold (various checks/calls) the guy said I was fine. He couldn't explain why I received the 'closed' message.  Anyway all is still working.

That’s the odd bit, I didn’t contact anyone as the car seems to be working with the app. Strange times.
