just installed the new Garmin maps on my 18 plate , all working ok. will be my last free one.

anyone know the cost of an update after 5 years ?

They are around £25 per update.

May I ask if its a simple process to update the Sat Nav?
I have a 2019 Jazz.

easy to update. The 1st time seems a bit daunting but all you need a 16gb usb stick , formatted to Fat 32 and a pc.

best to follow instructions on the Garmin website.

21,31£ for UK customers.
22,32€ for italian customers.
No lifetime updates avaiable.
Garmin branded devices had this update in May2022, free.

Check the update size in the pendrive before connecting it to the car, I had to make the process again as the Garmin Express software "forgot" to create one of three big map files, so instead of nearly 8gb I had only 5gb to upload.
