Now when I learned that Michelin Primacy wears out disappointingly fast, I'd like to hear which tyres for Jazz have given longest lifetime?

I replaced my original Michelin ES front tyres after 5 years and 43000 miles, although there was still about 3 mm left.  I have not needed to replace the rears yet after 6 years and 53000, but there are some signs of cracking.  The new ones on the front are Primacy, so I am hoping for similar life.  I probably should have put them on the rear as recommended by other forum members.

Recently replaced the OEM Dunlops (25000 miles, cracking in the adequate depth tread grooves) and had a set of Conti EcoContact 6XL (87 rather than 83 load rating) fitted. Step improvement felt in lower road noise, actual step improvement measured of near 5% in mpg over same time last year. However, the new tyres were manufactured in 2019.

Michelin Cross Climates have lasted 24k miles and approx 5mm left so should be good for 40k + miles.

Highly recommended: noisier but great grip in mud and rain.
