Spare wheel fixing bolt
« on: January 04, 2018, 12:31:47 PM »
Does anyone have an unwanted spare wheel fixing bolt? They seem quite difficult to obtain without buying the whole spacesaver wheel kit.

Use a piece of M8 all-thread bar and a wing nut (both cheap  from B&Q ) I have used this for years, you can use a M8 'penny washer' and a piece of plywood instead of the metal plate.
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot
