On manual transmission and iShift every 70,000 miles.  CVT transmission fluid is every 25,000.

Search gearbox oil on forum - plenty of information,  I use Castrol Syntrans Multivehicle 75W-90  gearbox oil for our manual cars,  but for CVT only use genuine Honda ATF from Cox motors or your dealer as the fluid is formulated by gearbox maker to suit CVT,  it needs a fine blend of friction and lubrication suitable for each different design of CVT.

Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

My 2007 Jazz manual is almost up to 80,000 on the original transmission oil. An independent garage checked the oil and said it was fine.

@kdmqhd, if you are outside the UK the schedules may vary depending your country's climate. And as your Jazz is a 'Fit' it could be either CVT or torque converter automatic - the latter was offered in North America in place of the CVT in some other markets.

I understand that non-manual transmission fluid especially CVTs and dual-clutch transmissions should always be changed on schedule.
