Can I connect my samsung Galaxy s to my new Jazz EX?

I have just bought a Jazz EX and can't connect my Samsung Galaxy S to the radio via the USB. Can anyone offer any advice?

Are you saying the radio won't accept it or the Galaxy USB lead won't fit the socket?

The USB socket requires an adapter cable with socket fitting at one end and USB at the other. Works my ipod well.
