...Door sticker indicates 32 front and 30 rear. Does everyone stick to these or do you differ at all?

Thats on the EX btw.

What it probably means is that the front is heavier than the back. I'd be wary of varying them.

Why would you want to use anything else?

If you drive the car heavily loaded or at high speed for long trips it is sometimes recommended to increase the rear wheel pressure a bit - my old car had different recommendations for different driving conditions.
