Rattling under trays

Can anything be done to prevent noise and rattles from the large plastic under trays under the engine and under the cabin when driving on uneven surfaces?

They should not rattle unless clips or screws missing or screws not tight. You will have to crawl under the car and look what is loose. Clips and screws readily available.
