Yep, reassuring facts. The Honda Jazz top by a clear margin.

MOT failure rates for popular cars.

The response below is fascinating:
"ames Ruppert, editor of Free Car Mag, said: “These sorts of stats actually tell you quite a lot if you look closely – mostly about the owners.

“The Honda Jazz is mostly owned by careful OAPs who don’t cover many miles and probably still have their Jazz serviced at the main agent.

“As for the bottom 10, this is the cheap and cheerful – people running cars on the margins.

“They are buying cheap cars and then not looking after them.

“It is cash-strapped families with marginal Méganes and Galaxys, or youngsters with Corsas and Puntos clogging up the MoT stations.”

In the bottom 10 is:
6. Peugeot 3008 - 22.4 per cent failure

That is NOT a cheap or old car: so basically he is spouting bull excrement

The first Peugeot 3008 from around a decade ago was a compact MPV styled like a guinea pig. It is not to be confused with the recent crossover SUV joint developed with Vauxhall.
