Title: Cat costs.

What sort of prices have members been charged/quoted for R &R a catalytic converter on an 02 plate GD Jazz 1.4Dsi CVT?
The flange securing the centre box (just replaced) to the cat has rusted quite badly, to the extent that the fitter had to use gun-gum to achieve a seal.
I'm betting I'll need a new cat before MOT time this August.

I replaced mine in April 2017. The local motor factor charged me £85.15 (I had to return the old unit) and a local garage fitted it for £45. Have you had a quote from the likes of Kwik Fit?
