I've got an ICE Radio - Panasonic 39100 T5A E81 which comes as standard with a 2017 HONDA JAZZ 1.3 I-VTEC S 5-DOOR.

Unfortunately it won't recognise the latest Android
OS on my phone via USB (Google Pixel).

Does anybody know.
a) How to find the firmware version on the radio.
b) What the latest firmware update version is and where it could be found.

Dealer says there are no firmware updates which I find surprising.

There were a number of updates shortly after release that fixed some egregious issues but if you're expecting a continuing series of updates you're likely to be sorely disappointed. It's simply not a priority for them.

There are no firmware update for the Panasonic 5in Audio in the S grade model, only for the Honda Connect 7in Audio.

I don't think you can connect via usb and Android. I've never been able to and there's nothing in the manual about it.
