Installing Third Party Apps on Honda Jazz 2019 SE

I've been scouring the web trying to figure out how to install third party apps on my Honda.

I've come to the realisation that
1) I need to be on a Firmware RC 6.1 or earlier
2) I need to install the “Permissions” app to grant permissions to certain apps

Where do I find the release candidate number for the firmware?
Where can I find the “Permissions” app?
