I transfer music from iTunes on a PC to a pen drive and everything plays fine in my 2009 EX. When I do the same thing on my Apple Mac, the car sees an "unplayable file" between every song but still plays fine. Anyone any ideas?

these may be the hidden files that the mac uses to reference for spotlight on the computer. try deleting them off a windows computer but if you plug it back to the mac, they'll just go back.ö

Thanks charls. That worked. Turned on "show hidden files" on a PC and there was a tiny duplicate file of each track. Deleted them and all's well. My music collection lives on my Mac, however so I'd like to find a solution.
