I am soon to take on a Jazz EX CVT. Forgot to ask about this. It has the rest of the three years (34 months so nearly all of it). What is not included and do we pay for the servicing? Thanks.

The warranty does not include servicing. However, you should be able to buy a 5 year service package, which is good value - I paid £550 in 2016.

Yes that does seem to be good value. Anyone know what the average (actual) service cost is at the half and full service points?

My first two service bills were shown as £158.10 and £288.65, roughly 50% labour and 50% materials in each case. However, as I did not have to pay them, they could have written anything! But they make the £550 for 5 years look good.

Just had the 3rd service and mot £200 (20,000 miles).
1st and 2nd were both about the same price.

I never trust Garages! Period. Cleverly sectioned departments means they can blame the computer of 'I'll check for you'! I never had my last car done and they gave me book price for it anyway. Once beyond guarantee it's down to recovery home and then decide what to do. Thanks.
