Aircon pipe

Good evening, I’ve just joined and I hope you can help. I have a pin hole in Aircon pipe part no 80341 SAA003. I can’t find a replacement anywhere.

Has anyone had any joy with pipe repairs or could anyone direct me to possible parts.
