Hello There,
I am a new member, I did not look yet in detail if this problem was already created here, sorry for that.
Here is the encountered problem on my old Honda Jazz : the interior trunk light does not work.
I changed the light bulb and also tried another led lighting piece (that I thought it would solve the problem, but not).
I don't understand where the problem stands.
I am more mechanics than electrics.
I would like to have this light wroking when my trunk is opened instead of using the flash light from my mobile. Therefore I am looking forward some pieces of advice or procedure to fix that problem (if possible with some illustrations).
In my thinking : I should firstly check if the electricity is still coming through the electrodes for the interior lighting support when the trunk is opened ?
On the other hand, I have several lights that are gone on the dashboard and also the light behind the speed of the cvt gearbox. For these I considered that it might be some fuse issue and/or light bulb failure. But I don't actually know how to dig on these.
Please let me know if you have any idea that might help !
