Yes, that's another problem with these buying car companies

They try to find any excuse to reduce their quote. If you think they are nit picking then drive away.

If you got an account setup on Honda website you can do a Part Exchange Valuation if you go to into My Digital Service Records

Which are so ridiculously low they are insulting.

Just checked mine and it is!
