Few questions before changing head unit to Android at Jazz 2016

Hey guys,
I own Jazz 2016 GK, LHR. I have settled with myself to change the stock unit to an Android-based unit, specifically to this one:

However, I don't want to change my rear camera and stick to the factory one. I don't have the nerves to fiddle with the camera after the already stressful process I do with the main head unit.
 
From my research, I'm not sure if the head unit supports out of the box the factory rear camera. Is it correct that I also need to get an adapter for the rear camera as well? (this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006525138333.html?pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2212000037527370860%22%7D&sourceType=1&spm=a2g0o.wish-manage-home.0.0)

If yes, I'm not quite sure I understood how to connect the signal wire to the head unit - the RCA I understood, but not about the other wire.

I'm really confused now... the seller told me that I have to buy *specific* version of his head unit (the one with 8 cores that costs $180) PLUS specific canbus he'll give me.

I asked another seller and he gave me more or less the same answer, but he didn't say I have to buy the 8 cores (just becuase it's nicer, as he said) and gave me this canbus, claiming that all what I need to make the stock reverse camera to work.

I can't understand where it plugs to. Is the stock camera plugging into the canbus, which itself plugs into the harness cables provided by the head unit package?

With the Joying unit the stock reverse camera works with everything out of the box. Yes it probably costs more but it was plug and play in my experience. I would go down that route rather than potentially ending up with hassle and a cheaper unit.
