Its MOT expired on 17 September 2018. Only did about 65,000 miles. Must be in storage. The last few MOTs had no more than an advisory.

I wathced that.  :D Good channel is Hubnut, I've been a subscriber for the last 3yrs. I met Ian and Elly his 2CV at the Citroen Centenary in 2019.

I know that, but this vehicle was presented for an MOT for seven years after its 40th anniversary. Many owners of historic vehicles continue to MOT then well after they legally need to.

I agree. I thnk I would be tempted to keep a car mot'd if I owned one of that vintage. It would need to be tested by a garage that actualy understood what it was testing though, with a time served experienced tester.

I remember sitting in a new N600 at a local motor show in Cambridge many years ago, I was impressed then but I didn't buy a Honda car until I bought my first new Jazz in 2009.
