Looks like it has grown a bit. Not keen on the colour.

If you read to the end of the article you will see it's a "pug 208".

No. It says These shots, which show the Peugeot 208 rival testing in disguise, hint at a minor evolution for the fourth-generation Jazz.
Poor punctuation. Should be a comma after rival. These shots, which show the Peugeot 208 rival, testing in disguise, hint at a minor evolution for the fourth-generation Jazz.

I'm not convinced that Autocar is right when it refers to a cvt transmission.  My understanding of the Honda iMMD hybrid system is that the engine is used mainly to generate electricity, but at higher speeds it connects to the drive wheels directly, without variable gearing.

It certainly looks that way here https://global.honda/innovation/technology/automobile/hybrid/i-MMD-picturebook.html
And that is the same transmission used in the CR-V Hybrid.

I wonder which will be sacrificed in order to provide space for the battery: Magic seats or the spare wheel?

Here's another source of info https://www.motor1.com/news/267468/honda-fit-jazz-spy-shots/.

I'll be curious to see the performance figures. The reason I jumped ship for Toyota was because the CRV hybrid seemed to have significantly worse performance and economy than the Rav4. Not very impressive for a new engine.

I'd be surprised if the next Jazz will be hybrid only, Toyota Yaris hybrid for instance kicks off at over £17k.
