Title: Fluids for a 2010 IVTEC semi-auto

Hi - a basic 2 part question please.

A) what do members suggest as the best engine oil to use for a 100K IVTEC semi-auto?

B) what gearbox oil should I use in my i-select gearbox (the 'less popular version of gearbox, replaced after 2 years I believe) - not to be confused with the fully automatic box! I feel that at almost 100k, it's time to change what may be the original :-(
(ps anything 'special' about doing this or just routine?)
(pps - I personally love the box and drive it in manual mode, my wife also likes it and prefers auto mode)

Try looking at the Cox Honda website, select your model and see what they recommended. I always start there and decide what to do/get.
