2010 Honda Jazz 1.2 ivtec will not always start

Help!
We have a Honda Jazz which does not always start.  The green key light on the dashboard continuously flashes, it turns over ok but will not start.  Had the battery checked and also taken it to our nearest Honda Dealer, who put it on the Diagnostic but nothing showed up.  They reprogrammed both our car keys but it has continued to do it several times since.  If we disconnect the battery for 10 minutes then reconnect it will start, but that isn't really a satisfactory solution.  Anyone had this problem/have any ideas.  Thank you in advance

See if there are any trouble codes stored in the ECU.  This is a job for someone with an OBD-II reader and the right program.  There is an Android app "Torque" for this now and it is free
