Greetings from D-Day beaches
« on: December 26, 2013, 11:03:53 PM »
Hello,

We tested an all new Jazz Hybrid at the dealershop on last August, but didn't come to an agreement with the salesman.

October and November we were on vacation in south Spain, and simply postponed this subject.
We were not in a hurry, the Jazz Hybrid was intended to replace my wife's one year old Hyundai i20 facelift (2013 model - 10000 miles).

Back home, I came across an add on the Internet : It was sort of a bargain, with only 5000 km (almost 3150 miles) on the clock, and an "Earth Dreaming price" !

So we decided to have a 200 miles drive only to have a look.
The car was in best possible condition, like new, with all invoices and maintenance records according to schedule.
Best of all, the color is not green or white, it's a red one !

This all made it easier for us to come to a quick decision and buy the car nearly on the spot.

Doing so, we are now the new owners of a used Jazz Hybrid Luxury CVT.
It is a 2012 model, even if first registered on October 2011.
The car was produced at the Japanese Suzuka plant, the chassis type is GP111.

It's our first hybrid, so we'll have a lot of question about it.
Don't bother, we'll first have to read and search through all posted messages.

Oh, I forgot : we live on the wrong side of the channel  ;D, near the D-Day beaches and Pegasus Bridge, so the Jazz Hybrid is a LH one.

Thanks for letting us join this forum,
Regards
Rolandius

Hello Rolandius, welcome.

I am new to the site as well with a 2005 Jazz and live in France but right down by Spain in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Haven't been on here long but have already found it to have all the info I will ever need. Lucky you having a hybrid.

Hi,

Thanks for your welcome. :-*

@minibreakdown
Whaouah... I guess we'll be neighbours within the next year(s), we are looking to buy a place for retirement in the area between Toulouse-Albi-Perpignan, or even in south of Spain.

@madafish
 :) Thanks, but don't worry, living in France was the first step toward hell...  :'(
Next step will be south of France (at least the sun is there most of the time) or better south of Spain, Benidorm area ! :-\ ;D
That all depends of my heart's half, you know the rule "happy wife, happy living".  ;)

Regards
Rolandius
