Newer bumpers on to a 03 Jazz

Hi i was wondering if a 2005 bumper would be a straight swap onto my jazz, if not it we have to be a bodykit  ;)

My 02 jazz got a different rear bumper when I got it..I think it came from 04 onwards, fits perfectly.
