ECO-Mode: When to turn it off?

Is there a rule of thumb as to when it is appropriate to operate the Jazz Hybrid without ECO-Mode?

Perhaps when on the motorway and travelling at speeds of 100km/h or higher?

when you want the added performance? lol... I would say when entering a motorway so you can get up to speed reasonably quickly (since its dangerous to totter along at 30/40mph - not that farmers seem to give a damn)
