Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun.

If you have a problem with stray dogs where you live this solution from Nepal might  work.

It might take a while  breed and train enough of these rare  Indian Rhinos  .Then  British Nimbies wont want them  - not native species etc.    I suppose you could just round up the stray dogs, but where's the fun in that?

Maybe pink elephants will be more acceptable.  I last saw one of those  on a  UK road in about 1980 - Absolutely true !  A circus parade had  painted a baby elephant pink.  Different times.
(Dont worry ,  no dog was physically harmed, )

Trust a dog to guard your house  , but not your sandwich

Could do with a few hawks to scare off the flying rats, pigeons.
Let's be careful out there !
