Yellow Throttle Body Wire
« on: November 17, 2022, 02:52:11 AM »
Hello!

I hope all is well.

I have a 2005 Honda Jazz Auto CVT (also know as a Honda Fit).

I've had the engine check light on and proceeded to take out the transmission speed sensors and clean then. This was following a OB code of P0715.

Whilst this seems to have fixed the delayed gear change and the check engine light, I still notice that there is a shudder when accelerating from a complete stop.

I believe that it could be something to do with the "yellow throttle body wire of doom". I can't seem to track this particular wire down though.

Please can someone let me know where this wire exists based on the below photos.

Cheers,
Jazzman

My car is a manual so I don’t know if the throttle wiring is the same. However, take a read if this old thread. It might help.

common issue the judder on mk1 cvt, you need to replace the old gearbox oil with fresh one and if you want, add a syringe of xado revitaliser.
