The Honda Jazz TPMS valves are based upon the earlier accord type ie the silver coloured tyre valve. VDO produce an OE spec along with some others from EU whatever that means. You can hunt down the older accord wheels get agarage to take the vlaves off hopeful;ly reseat then on the jazz rim and then reset if its necessary. Or as I have done run the winter tyres wheels with the warning light showing when you first start up then switch it off.
Even better ask you breakers yard to keep a set for you take the old tyres off with a tyre bead breaker then take the new wheel + new tyre to your Tyre fitter to check & install either route it can cost another £100 per rim.
The TPMS light will  show as up after 5-7 miles if there's a fault on the valve once the new wheel is fiited.
