My space saver wheel

I have a spacer wheel from my previous 09 plate jazz and was wondering if its possible to use it on my new Jazz hybrid SR. I don't know how to find the hole centre measurements  of the wheels. I assume the wheel sizes and hole pattern will have changed in the intervening years.

Unfortunately I left it in the old car on trade in. I could borrow one but was hoping to find out before having to get my hands dirty.

I would be interested to know the best storage solution now that the under boot has gone/got smaller.
