For any one interested I have just spotted this for sale at Aldi  on 12 May 2019. £49.99
Looks ok  but I am sure the experts here will surely pick the bones out of it.

Looks like a great little camera. 1080p at 30 fps, the same as the 512G I purchased 3 years ago, for three times the price! Mine works great.

Nextbase cams take some beating for the money, that's a good price if you can grab one - £15 cheaper than Amazon.
